A cross of one of my favorite Pink Varieties and RSP brings an interesting sibling that needs a bit more exploration before release, but the Antho shoulders and clear skin ensure the flavors will be bright and fruity with a touch of acid. Few seeds, a more beefsteak shape makes this a good candidate for sandwiches, salads and even quick sauces.
