When I initially made this cross that would become VT16 and Prime, one of the original people to help with the grow outs was Marsha. She lives in a rather warm climate and was excited to help me advance this project and her ability to grow in my off season really did help speed things along.
Over the course of our efforts, Marsha began to prefer this more beefsteak shaped fruit. Though it does not have the shape or coloration we were seeing in other selections, it was clear that this was Marsha’s baby and it deserved to be released. As such, this fruit truly is a sibling to VT16 and Prime and is a legitimate part of this “series”. However, I have never and will never formally release or sell seeds as I have given this control over to Marsha. For history sake, it is important to catalog it here as an official segregate.
