A Seed By Any Other Name …

I would love to take this moment and explain something … in my words, my voice. If you do not see a variety listed on this page it is not something I created, have ownership of or even want anything to do with. Anything that carries a similar name and not listed here is, as far as I am concerned, counterfeit and a violation of the intellectual property and brand that I have built. Unfortunately, there is not much I can do to combat these … thieves except to try and protect you here.

I do everything in my power to honestly and sincerely stabilize anything new I am releasing prior to release. I typically grow things to at minimum a seventh generation to make sure leaf types, flavor profile, color, patterning, growth habit etc are all stable across generations. Like all of us, I simply cannot with one hundred percent certainty prevent the bees and mother nature from doing their thing, but I do limit the potential for natural crosses in every way I can. People have been growing many of my creations and there are far too many things attributed to me that are likely crosses that occured naturally. If you have anything attributed to me or that has a name similar but slightly different than what you see here, please feel free to grow it, love it but do not save seeds for it or release it in any way that is connected to me.

There are currently unscrupulous folks out there in the market today that are attemtping to capitalize on the popularity of my Rebel Starfighter line and are currently selling products with my name connected to them that I have literally no connection to. I can only simply encourage you to do your homework and be responsible consumers. Again, if it is not listed here, it is not mine.
